Course Access

Each course is available for a limited period from the date of purchase.

During your access period, you may watch the video lessons, use the included digital materials, ask course-related questions, and submit eligible workbook exercises for review and feedback.

Once your access period expires, access to the course ends and workbooks can no longer be submitted for review. Unused course access, support or workbook review cannot be transferred or extended unless otherwise agreed by Armenian Online.

Refund Policy

Before purchasing, please watch the free sample video lesson available on Armenian Online. It is provided so you can experience the teaching style, course format and lesson structure before making your purchase.

If you purchase a course and decide that it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@armenian-online.com.

To protect Armenian Online's digital content, a refund will not be provided where:

• the refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after purchase;
• downloadable books, workbooks, PDFs or other course materials have already been downloaded;
• the student has watched or accessed a substantial part or all of the video course; or
• personalised services, such as workbook review or an individual lesson, have already been used.

The 24-hour refund period is intended to give you a short opportunity to make sure that the course is suitable for you.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All Armenian Online videos, books, workbooks, PDFs, exercises, illustrations, and other educational materials are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in termination of course access without refund.

Workbook Review & Support

Workbook review, corrections and feedback are available only during your course access period.

Students are responsible for submitting their work before their access expires. Work submitted after the course expiration date will not be reviewed.

Armenian Online aims to respond to course-related questions and submitted work within a reasonable period. Response times may be longer on weekends, holidays or during periods of high demand.

Individual Lessons

If your course package includes an individual lesson with Sona Avagyan, the lesson must be booked and used during the applicable course access period unless otherwise agreed.

Unused individual lessons are not refundable or transferable.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your course, please contact info@armenian-online.com.

Armenian Online will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues related to the website or course platform.

Privacy

Armenian Online collects personal information needed to run the service — for example your name and email address for your account, payment-related details processed by PayPal, and records of course access and workbook downloads so we can provide and support your purchase.

We use this information to deliver courses, communicate about your account or access, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Payment card details are handled by PayPal.

Changes to These Terms

Armenian Online may update these Terms when necessary. The Terms applicable to your purchase are generally those published at the time of purchase, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
